Frank is supported in his role by a Senior Management Team and an experienced group of Registered Care Managers. As the Managing Director, he has continued focus on the long term vision and goals for the group to ensure sustainability in all areas of the business.
Chief Financial Officer
Gianluca is the Chief Financial Officer of Venturi Healthcare, he has a extensive experience within the financial sector and has a real passion for driving excellence within the care industry. Gianluca is supported in his role by the Senior Management and Finance Team. As the Chief Financial Officer, he has full responsibility for all financial aspects of the business and will ensure sound business decisions are made in both the short and long term.
Head of Operations
Mick is the Head of Operations, he has a wealth of experience within the care sector previously working as a Registered Nurse and successfully managing care homes. Mick is supported in his role by the Clinical Operations Manager and has continued focus on developing the strategic operations of the business. Together with his team, he passionate about ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
Head of HR Services
Jenna is the Head of HR Services and has worked for the Company for a number of years, she has progressed within the HR team and is now an experienced member of the Senior Management Team. Jenna has a Level 7 CIPD in Human Resource Management and focuses on driving the business forward in line with Company ethos, vision and behaviours, she is the lead for people management within the company.
Cinical Operations Manager
Sue is the Clinical Operations Manager and has worked within the healthcare industry for the entirety of her career, she is a Registered Nurse and has successfully managed care homes in past roles. Sue is an experienced member of the Senior Management Team and provides key clinical and operational support to the Registered Managers within the group. Sue is determined to drive quality in the care we deliver to those living with us.
Sarah is the Finance Manager for Venturi Healthcare, she has worked for the Company for almost 15 years and her continued drive and professional development has resulted in her becoming a key member of the Senior Management Team. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge in regards to effective financial management within the care sector, meaning her skill set is invaluable to the business. She is guided by the Chief Financial Officer and supported by the Finance Team.
Jo is a dedicated and efficient HR Officer, she has a sound knowledge of all HR areas, mainly focusing on employee relations such as recruitment, absence management and organisational change. Jo supports the wider HR function to ensure the Company ethos and values are promoted and adhered to across the group. She is a highly motivated HR Professional and provides support and expert guidance to the Registered Managers and employees.
Training and Development Officer
Mark is the Training and Development Officer for Venturi Healthcare and has recently joined the HR Function. Mark has a wealth of experience within the training industry, which he is looking forward to instilling within our staff teams within the care homes. He is motivated and dedicated to improving the knowledge and expertise of the care and nursing team within the group.
Ann recently joined the team at Venturi Healthcare, Head Office after working in one of our care homes as an Administrator for a number of years. Ann supports the Finance Team with her main focus being purchase ledger and agency control. Ann strives to streamline her working processes to ensure she is able to support her team when reviewing trends and effectively manages the costs for the business.
Karen is a dedicated and efficient payroll clerk, she a has a sound knowledge of payroll management systems and strives to deliver a positive payroll experience for all staff. Karen supports the wider HR function via effective reporting and analysis of payroll trends to support with long term business goals.
Credit Control & Estates Officer
Margaret is the lead for credit control and estates management for the Company, her effective working style ensures she is able to support the Finance Manager and Registered Managers on a daily basis. She has a sound knowledge of health and safety requirements gained from her previous roles in the leisure and care industry.
Bridie joined the team at Venturi Healthcare in 2019 and supports the Finance Team, her main focuses being purchase ledger and agency control. Bridie strives to streamline her working processes to ensure she is able to support her team when reviewing trends and effectively manages the agency costs for the business.
Alison focuses on Sales Ledger and Resident accounts, she has a wealth of knowledge gained during her years working in previous roles of a similar nature. Alison supports the Registered Managers with all financial aspects relating to Resident Admissions and ongoing financial agreements. Alison is a determined and focused team member who has a proactive approach to her work.
